If we enter into a coaching relationship, I won’t tell you what to do, but I will help you make your own decisions and take the best actions for you. I’ll do that by listening closely, asking probing questions and sharing feedback and alternative perspectives.

Count on me to be your strong advocate and also hold you accountable for your commitments to yourself. Sessions and follow-ups are designed for streamlined discovery and enhanced motivation. Assessments may be used to provide insights such as personality type, communication strengths and weaknesses or conflict modes.

Coaching contracts vary in length, but are commonly for two to four 30- or 60-minute sessions monthly for a minimum of three months. Sessions may be in person when geography allows. Others are by phone or video calling.

Coaching packages include sessions, support materials and brief in-between communication. Assessments are extra. When a coaching contract is completed, additional sessions may be scheduled as mutually agreed.
