Who Am I?

A curious, passionate professional inspired to help
individuals and teams reach their goals.

As an experienced writer, editor, strategist, facilitator, trainer and Board Certified Coach specializing in leadership, I mix and match my skill sets to meet my clients’ needs.

I’ve worked with individuals and businesses of all sizes, both non-profits and for-profits. Over the years, my clients have included national magazines, Fortune 100 companies, small and large health care and educational institutions, marketing and communication agencies, and many people ready to take their skills and careers to the next level.

I live in Central Illinois with my husband and two spoiled fur-kids. Besides seeing my clients shine, I love animals of all kinds, our magnificent planet, people with big hearts, chocolate and a good laugh with friends. (And coffee, maybe a little too much, but I’m working on that.)
