Flourish: To grow or develop in a healthy or vigorous way, especially as the result of a favorable environment.I think flourishing is about knowing your passion and following it. Me? I flourish when I help others create environments in which they flourish. And the best way I know to do that is by asking thought-provoking questions large and small and seeing where they lead.
